Concurrence at the Supreme Court of Canada: The 100 Most Recent Cases

Table 1 - General Concurrence (in pairs)

This table give the percentage of times each justice agreed with another justice. Agreement in this case includes concurring in an opinion, whether in the majority or in dissent, and concurring the result though not in the majority opinion. Thus, it is styled here "general" concurrence.

 

Table 2 - Strong Concurrence (in pairs)

This table give the percentage of times each justice agreed with another justice. Agreement in this case means concurrence in an opinion, whether in the majority or in dissent; it does not include agreement in the result only or partial agreement. Thus, it is styled here "strong" concurrence.
